When A high school built in your neighborhood
Posted by admin in news in my view on June 10th, 2010
I oppose having a new high school built in my neighborhood. Although I know there’s a real need for a new facility, I have to say that I don’t want one built so close to me. I think it would cause a lot of problems.
First of all, there are very few teenagers in this neighborhood, or in our suburban subdivision, for that matter. Most of the residents here are either retired or are just starting out with young children. This means that the kids coming to the new high school wouldn’t be walking. They would come on buses or would be driving to the school. Either way, this would mean a lot more traffic on our streets.
In addition to the traffic on school days, there also would be traffic whenever there was a sporting event, such as a basketball or football game, or activities at the school. Would there be enough parking in the school lot for everyone attending those events? Probably not. Consequently, those extra cars would end up our neighborhood.
My neighbors and I would also be upset about the loss of the park, which is the site that’s been selected for the high school. Mothers with young children gather there every morning for their kids to play together. People my age like to take a walk after dinner. On weekends, that park is a place for picnic and relaxation. We’d be sorry to lose our neighborhood park.
I also have some concerns about all those young people being in our neighborhood. Would there be problems with drugs or fights? Could the school district guarantee us that security would be a priority? These are concerns that I don’t think can be addressed sufficiently for me to support a new high school in my neighborhood.
Think twice before involving in affiliate marketing
Have you failed in the tide of gold-washing by affiliate marketing? Are you still boring of the cause of your failure? You would be clear by analysis of that business.
The results vary from person to person even if they have similar starts, which are the same at most times. The truth is, affiliate marketing is not for everyone. If you lack discipline, determination and drive then affiliate marketing might not be the best route for you to take. I am sure you have heard numerous stories of how people get into affiliate marketing and make thousands of dollars within their first week or two. While many of these stories are absolutely true, what most people fail to see is all the work that is involved.
So is affiliate marketing. You have to work on it everyday if you want to be successful. If you have a hard time working without supervision then this won’t work for you. Im not saying its super complicated to start making money with affiliate marketing, but I am saying if you’re lazy and not willing to put in the work you will fail.
And thats the bottom line. Don’t get into this and only give 10% effort. You really need to give it your all. Your main job is to drive traffic. You pick the product you want to promote and then drive traffic to the merchants site. If you make a sale you make money. When you are first starting out you might not have the money to invest in paid advertisement so you will have to go with things such as article marketing and press releases.
Do you think that I am talking nonsense with you? But you have to endure the pain caused by the failure if it was predicted miserably. It is unnecessory to estimated by your private failure. You could find numerous lessons easily in this industry or other ones. But you have to do is that avoiding of the same day as possible as you can.
I will be totally honest with you. You need to write them because they are one of the best ways to generate free traffic. If you don’t make yourself sit down and write some articles then you will never make the amount of money you desire to make. Again, affiliate marketing is not for everyone, but if you get in it and give it your all you can make some nice money.
